All expenses must be covered by the host. 

Seminar fees are negotiable based on the national GDP and volume of attendees. 

Flights, hotels and transfers must be paid for in advance. 

All delegates and students must wear the appropriate CBO attire.

CBO patches must be obtained via the CBO HQ. 

Suitable facilities; to include 40mm tatami flooring and suitable separate changing rooms.
